There is a maximum of 25 hunters on this lease and there are no guest privileges. This is not an exclusive lease unless all 25 spots are purchased by one group. The lease runs from 09/01/12 to 05/31/13 and allows year long hunting of all legal species in their hunting season. Upon receiving your order we will send the lease documents for your signature. After we receive your signed documents you will receive a Hunter Access Card for you to carry and one for your vehicle. The properties are posted with "Leased for Hunting - Lease #0751". If you are paying for more than one hunter, please include their name and address in the comment section when checking out. This land is mostly irrigated pivots and corners. There are some sandhills pasture and canyon pasture. The pheasant hunting in Hayes County has been very good the last few years and this is some of our best pheasant hunting property. Also, these properties are great spot and stalk mule deer hunting.
