20% Late Season Discount (January, February or March hunts) or 10% Early Booking Discount (November or December hunts booked by May 1st)

Premium Package - $575 per gun/day: Guide, Dogs, All Transportation during your stay (Hunt Limo), 6 birds/day, Bird Cleaning (packed in hard cooler for travel), Meals, Snack, Beverages, Premium Lodging, Clay Target Practice, Shotgun Ammunition and Private Hunt are provided.  Check in is 5 P.M. the evening before your first day of hunting and Check out is 11 A.M. the morning following your last day of hunting (except on the 1 day/1 night, 2 day/2 night and 3 day/3 night, then check out is following your last day of hunting).

Hunt times each day are 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.

Payment & Cancellation Policy: Hunt prices are per person with a minimum of 2 hunters.  Non-hunting guests are gladly accepted and pay only 1/3 price.  Your payment will be for a 50% deposit on a fully guided upland bird hunt on our ranch. The remaining 50% balance, plus taxes and licenses will be collected 30 days prior to arrival.  If your hunt is within 30 days, then payment will be for the full hunt.  Taxes and licenses will be collected once the hunt is booked.  Deposits are nonrefundable, but can be applied to a future booking.
